Terms and Conditions

1. Contracting parties

The sales contract for the digital guide is concluded between the buyer and Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record — legal seller and invoice issuer. Michaela Paternoster is the supplier of the digital content.

2. Subject of the contract

Digital ebook “Buying Property in Croatia — Without the Risk” in the purchased edition (Basic 29 €, Premium 39 €).

Delivery as a personalised PDF: the buyer's name, email and purchase date appear as a discreet watermark in the footer of every page.

3. Prices, payment, tax

All prices are final in euro, including applicable VAT that Paddle remits on behalf of the buyer.

Payment methods and invoicing are provided by Paddle.

4. Delivery

The personalised download link is sent by email to the address supplied by the buyer immediately after payment is confirmed.

The link remains valid for seven (7) days. A replacement link can be requested informally at info@edukacija-online.com.

5. Usage rights

The buyer obtains a simple, non-transferable right to personal use of the work.

Redistribution, public disclosure or commercial reproduction is not permitted. The watermark enables attribution in cases of unauthorised sharing.

6. Disclaimer

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Croatian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive jurisdiction for merchants lies with the courts of Zagreb.

8. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall stay in force.
