Right of Withdrawal
Updated: 2026-08-25
For digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the consumer law of the European Union provides the following.
Right of withdrawal
Buyers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Early expiry for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires early if the buyer has expressly consented during checkout that performance of the contract (making the download available) begins before the withdrawal period ends, and has acknowledged that this consent causes the right of withdrawal to lapse once performance begins.
This explicit consent is collected in the Paddle checkout (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).
Voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. In case of dissatisfaction, we refund the full purchase price without asking for reasons.
How to invoke: informal email to info@edukacija-online.com quoting the Paddle transaction ID.
Consequences of withdrawal or guarantee use
The purchase amount is refunded via the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
The buyer undertakes to stop using the personalised PDF after refund and to keep no copies.
